Arizona's EAS mess

The EAS mess of Arizona continues. Last time, I brought you the story of how a KNST test for the Tucson market wound up in Phoenix.

This time...a test for Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Pima counties wound up in Phoenix, too! The test originator was KRQQ this time, and a tape was not included with the weekly test. (Last time, an EAS track with Charlie Van Dyke's voice was used.)

Update: Another EAS test (from KNST) came through several minutes later.
 
Another test...five days later, another KRQQ-originated test. This time, it's particularly egregious because it aired in the middle of the President's address!
