so i heard that arlene is out for the next 8 days? i thought the book ended tomorrow?? i heard kerry rodrigues. she sounded pretty good but her voice is a little nasally. then howie bart came in and hes not bad, his views are pretty liberal but he can see both ways on issues. ive heard him on the weekends. i like him. any thoghts on good fill-ins for arlene?? how bout the jeremy and lynda show??

Carrie is fantastic I thought she took the ball and ran with it. (I only heard about a half hour of her though.) With the opportunity and the right direction, she's going to be someone to watch, but I thought that of her when she was in Worcester. From what I hear, WPRO is watching her very closely.

But I didn't understand why they changed hosts after the first hour? Did they explain that at the beginning of the show that I missed? Seemed very strange to switch mid-stream. Howie is alright, a good enough fill-in, but nothing special.

The Jeremy and Lynda show? Please. I think we get enough Jeremy on Charles' show and I don't even think I've ever heard Lynda on the air.

With the current state of WHJJ and the stack of Resumes low I would try her 10-12 and dump Jerry Springer.

I wonder how she would do in the time slot on a regular basis.Or at least try it.

kerry isnt the regular fill-in so they use howie bart. i think he is pretty good. he has alot of good opinions. where did you hear that wpro is watching her?? by the way, i just heard jeremy and lynda on the air today. i think she has a decent voice. also, is it true that wpro will be looking for an executive producer soon?

It's pretty common knowledge that DB has been trying to bring her over to the Brine Broadcast Center for a while now ... not as a host, but in another capacity.

I haven't heard anything about a new EP at WPRO ...
