Some of the founders will see their stake in the company reduced while a debt-for-equity deal will give the company more breathing room. Armada Media owns 27 stations and one CP.
 
Hmmmmm....maybe the lenders in this situation will realize that Chris Bernier isn't the owner/shareholder he thinks he is - and then show him the door.
