Armstrong FM broadcast to return to the air for special broadcast.

The callsign and frequency are WA2XMN on 42.8 MHz, and it'll be a standard 200 kHz FM transmission. The frequency is part of the 42.00-43.35 MHz non-government fixed and land mobile allocation, so I have no idea how interference to those services (if any) will be mitigated.
