ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHH!!

Heard Deliaha play yule tunes on LITE MIX 99.9 out of mobile.. GURRRRRRRRR
(i wonder if she has a seprate feed up on the G27 bird since 94.1 was still playing normal music)

ITS TOO EARLY!!!

This quote is from a similar post on the Atlanta board, where WSB-FM is already doing the Delilah Christmas Spectacular thing as well:

>> The default national Delilah feed switches to Christmas music around this time of year. A secondary feed with a normal AC format is made available, but local stations have to manually switch the feed.

is she still on the G27 bird?

it's amazing how she sounds like "here at the studio" (when she's not)

Rob....before people on this board ACTUALLY think you might know what you are talking about when you say that she is on "G27"....let me take this opportunity to reassure everyone that you still don't.....she is on AMC-8

Oh, I will be switching our Delilah Feed to the satellite Christmas feed on Monday.....you missed it again Rob....those Delilah Christmas programs you have been hearing all week were downloaded from an FTP site....the satellite feed on G27....umm I mean AMC-8 begin with the feed on Monday night...

Happy Holidays Rob!

Rob.....95% of all satellite distributed radio programming is on AMC-8. AMC is on C Band..You won't be decoding it....It requires a Starguide receiver and that receiver has to be permissioned for each individual program channel....and soon they are moving to some newer technology receivers....Starguides have been around since the early 90s....NPR is on another bird (whatever replaced Westar 4).....there are also some smaller regional and state networks on Ku band on various birds

stay off the egg nog cceng, we're in for a long holiday season the way things are starting off.
we're gonna need ya at 95% capacity.

FTR -- I checked the listings at my local AMC-8 and they're not even showing the movie Delilah Feeds.

And does the reference to C-band mean a group that plays all Christmas music. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHH!

Gulp. Strobey. Out.

What are you talking about? AMC 8? American Movie Classics has been on channel 39 for years now and they started showing commercials too.

Rob, do you have a dish? I hear that you can pick up Sirius and/or Music Choice unscrambled on a FTA dish. Shouldn't that solve all your problems?

I'm tired.

give me a REAL dish!!!

there's a nice dish on the WTKE building i wouldn't mind taking from their roof

i don't know why i though it was G27 though. someone told me something was on G27.

-Rob

yea.. i don't think he can handle a bigger one then that (looks like an oribtron 9 footer)

also about the Sguide, i heard everything is going mpeg 4 next year,

again, sorry for not having incorrect info. now i clearly remember my friend saying she was fed on AMC 8
i think TESH is fed that way too or is he FTPed?
