Art Horn/NBC 30

I just went to NBC 30's web page and happened to notice Art Horn's bio is no longer there. Has he left? When did this happen? Anyone know what's going on?

He's still at WVIT-TV. He comes into where I work a couple of times a week and didn't mention anything to me about leaving. (I wonder how the Sony DVD player I once sold him is working?) Maybe, just maybe, he took one look at that awful "Today"/"NBC 30" promo that's running with the kids from Mystic singing the song, he got fed up and walked! :>

You've gotta give Garrett Argiannis (sp?) some time. Isn't he still a Cub Scout? :>

As for Brad Field, I remember the corny ads where locals were confusing his name with Bradley Field (Bradley International Airport). This was done when he came to the station in the 1980s. Even before they used those cheesy typewriter-style graphics! :p

Art Horn was...

Art Horn was fired from WVIT for accepting payment for personal apperances among other things.
