Art Laboe moves in the IE

The Sunday Art Laboe Connection moves from its longtime station KGGI to KQIE and simulcast KCAQ in Ventura County. To my understanding KGGI was the orignal home for the show in 1991? I knew something was up last sunday when KGGI was playing regular music and KHHT was playing Oldies.
