With the passing of Art Van Allen, radio listeners should remember him as
one, if not THE, catalyst for bringing NPR and non-commercial professional
public-community radio to Indianapolis. There is a good obit in the Star.
All of us at WITT pray that Art rests in peace, with or without his wonderfully
aromatic pipe! Thanks Art for all you have done for Indy.
