Arthur 610: On The Rocks

For the second time this week, Howard Eskin took regular caller "Arthur" to task for allegedly appearing on a competing radio station (I'm assuming 950 ESPN) earlier this week. Eskin said he heard "Arthur" called another station, which he denied; Eskin said he would gladly set up a lie detector test, and if "Arthur" loses, he's banned from calling WIP, or at least Eskin's show.

I guess "Arthur" is the "Jerome from Manhattan" of the Delaware Valley. He speaks with a loud obnoxious voice much like "Jerome" does.

Who cares, cant someone listen to 2 different radio stations....get a life King, stop acting like this is plain bluff (which is really where youre act belongs).

I've noticed "Arthur" has now taken the liberty of calling Eskin's show every Tuesday during his A.C. remote. Arthur keeps saying that he can't go to the Borgata because of his parole violation, yet he keeps bragging to Howard that he "sneaks in" every now and then. His voice sounds like Popeye the Sailor after four packs of cigarettes.

Is this guy for real?

To use a term from the Soviet era, "useful idiots." Sometimes the regular callers offer good entertainment while being the station's biggest fans. Sometimes they draw other listeners to call in and add to add to a topic. How do you think Stern found some of his Wack Pack?
