While I was away, I continually checked this board for some acknowledgement of the death of Arthur Ferrante on September 19, 2009 at age 88. I was surprised to find none.
When you consider that Ferrante & Teicher were one of the top selling acts of their time, with hundreds of albums and at least four top 10 singles it is truly sad to see their sound is becoming fainter and fainter and their place in instrumental pop history fading into the mist.
