For anyone who feels as I do that good music makes a far better party than any potent vat of punch ever could, rather than watch a giant reflective orb descend toward teeming Times Square above hordes of people wearing owlish 2007 glasses and waving metallic pom-poms at the camera, I'd recommend tuning in to some of the top notch music slated for our local airwaves.
