Article on Early Days of Shadow Traffic

Back in 1979, Shadow Traffic hit the airwaves in the CT/NY/NJ area. Among the first stations to get Shadow's reports were WGCH, WNLK and WSTC. Morgan Kaolian from WICC, provided Fairfield County updates off-air to Shadow.

The Seton Hall magazine has an article about Shadow's start.
