Is anyone else having problems accessing a real person at ASCAP? We own a few FM stations, and there is an issue with allocating $$$ between our stations. I have now made FIVE phone calls, with no return call, and two emails with no response, and now even their portal is disabled for "upgrades". Has ASCAP gone the way of many broadcasters, with nobody home?
