AscenDance Radio is now the network name.

The AscenDance Radio Network

Alright, so let’s clear up any confusion.

Ascendance Radio (The Station) is forever gone.

In its place, will be Elevation. It’s the same radio station you’ve come to love but improved. More on that in a minute.

Daybreak FM, our trance station, will now have its name shortened to just Daybreak.

Ascendance Radio (The Network) is born. It is now home to our two stations, Elevation and Daybreak.

The announcement of the new website (ADR.fm) mentioned during the stream got my attention. That's when I decided to check it out.

Yeah, for far too long it was very hard to figure out Daybreak (Our Trance Station) and Ascendance Radio (The Former Name of Our Dance Station) were related.

So we figured, we not unite them under one name (Ascendance Radio) and rename the dance station to Elevation.

And so it was done!

Besides changing the name to Elevation we also added some mixshows: Ferry Corsten, Thrillseekers, Morgan Page, Peter Luts, Stoneface & Terminal, Ronski Speed, etc.

We're also working on adding rush hour mixes Monday through Friday. We've already got Sted-E & Hybrid Heights on broad for Wednesdays.

Lastly, Elevation, will focus more on new music and different genres.

We don't claim to play every genre but what we're going for is diversity. We realized while the more popular, successful and tested route is to play the safer genres and songs, I pay the bills out of my own pocket, so I'm going to run this baby any way I want.
