ASI 8700 Card

I have a working ASI 8700 card with the RCA breakout cable. We have a Telos Profiler that we are using. However, I'd like to configure a box and create our own logger.

Anyone have experience with an 8700 FM tuner card, and what would you use to record 8 simultaneous streams? Thanks, in advance, cheers.
