It ain't like Vegas doesn't have a Urban AC outlet at all. Mabye not a commercial one, but then again, sometimes non coms provide the best programming.

I mean, doesn't KCEP offer special features and a all Gospel sound on Sundays? Don't think V108 offered that.

V offered Gospel programming Sunday 7am to noon.
