What do stations that promote themselves as "Your At-Work Station" do outside of 9-5? We've got a station thinking about taking this route but do you still talk about "the At-Work Music Mix" after 5 PM and on the weekends? What do your stations do? Any help would be great!

My thought would be that you are reinforcing and recycling to the work-day dayparts. The downside would be that on Saturday afternoon, you are reminding people that the grind is just two days away.

We couched it a bit differently. Instead of "your at work station" its "the (Hit Music/Alternative/Country) station you can listen to at work." The idea is to position the station as "safe" to listen to at work and make people feel comfortable with the idea that having you on won't make the boss' eyebrows raise when he walks into your cubie.

"The work escape weekend" works well.
