Atlanta based jocks voice tracking shifts in other market

We know that numerous airshifts on our local radio stations are voicetracked locally or from out of town talent. I know at least 2 fish personalities voice track shifts for other stations. Midday host Parks Stamper does middays in the Johnson City market and the same in Springfied MO (as Angela Parks). I see PM driver Beth Becall does v/t work for some other stations.

Does anyone know of any other Atlanta based talent is voice tracked in other markets.

Question: are the VT's sent to other markets as full tracks, or do they piece the local station name to a generic voice track. Like syndicated satellite programming.

heard Lance Houston from the 94.9 the Bull VT on US101 WUSY in Chattanooga over the weekend.

I dont think Lance Houston is based here. He voicetracks his shift on the Bull from somewhere else.

I do remember hearing that bull morning co-host Kristen Gates voicetracks a shift in Louisiana.

I'm pretty sure Lance is based in Atlanta. He sure was earlier this year. Isn't he acting PD?

At Clear Channel stations, the talent uses the NexGen software to basically log into the remote station's system. They can then see their log, and insert their voice track while seeing a waveform of the audio before and after the jock's track. They can adjust the placement of the three tracks, allowing the jock to put his track in exactly the right place. It's a very nice system and if done correctly, not noticeable to the listener.

Rick, what did you think about The Fish taking Dan Ratcliffe off and replacing him in afternoon drive with Beth Becall? Of course, Dan's voice is still heard on the station.
