Probably the Handel/Deal Election.
Section 8 - it was the lead story on NBC. Unless the TOUGH QUESTIONS mic had a CBS logo on the side facing away from the camera, it certainly lacks any network identification.
Yes, it was WGCL. Their slogan must be Tough Questions.
