Atlanta Tonight

I was wondering randomly whatever happened to that UPN69 show Atlanta Tonight???

One of the hosts - Shannon Wiseman - is now apparently doing some post-show stuff for Nascar.com and when I saw her I kinda wondered whatever happened to the UPN show...

Is it even still on the air or was it cancelled (if so, when)??

It was cancelled late last year along with the WXIA/11 Alive produced news. WUPA managment cited low ratings.

That had to be one of the most forgettable programs ever produced. I saw the very first one on the night of its debut, and I was completely blown away by it's amateurish production quality, weak hosts, and boring topics (at one point, I think they were talking about Medieval something-or-another). That was the first and last time I saw that program.

EXACTLY my thoughts. I was shocked seriously at how amateur it really was. It was like some high school production project.

The first episode was also my first and last episode.....

"Atlanta Tonight" was produced by a talent representation agency, not WUPA. Hence the poorer production quality.
