Atlanta's Fish celebrates 5 years

http://www.ajc.com/news/content/living/0905/30fish.html

One of nations most popular Christian soft rock stations has turned 5 showing amazing progress in such a short time. The station draws nearly 375,000 listeners a week and is the 7th highest female 25-54 station in Atlanta.
Salem's most successful Christian music station is in Dallas but has a long history of broadcasting before Salem even got the station. I believe the Orange county Fish as the second highest weekly cume due to 8 million people living in that county.

One other amazing fact is that the station has kept the same morning, midday and afternoon personalities the entire time while other Fish stations have had many shake-ups in on-air staff. The evening shift personality has been with the station since the beginning but started on weekends before sliding to evenings.

Congrats to Salem and the people who made Atlanta's 104.7 The Fish an wonderful success story.

Stability in air staff almost always translates to good listership.

Kudos to Rick. He's on top of stuff in Atlanta and fills us in on background info on the Fish all the time. Keep up the good work! Or is it a hobby...
