Atlantic City-Cape May, NJ Arbitron Radio Ratings: Fall 2011

http://www.radio-info.com/markets/atlantic-city-cape-may

Publicly released age 12+ overall rankings for the Fall 2011 survey period covering Thu. 9/15/11 - Wed. 12/7/11.

The next survey period will be for Spring 2012 covering Thu. 3/29/12 - Wed. 6/20/12 with the report release date in late July 2012.

As mentioned in another thread, non-subscribing stations to Arbitron are not included in these listings.

My fav is in the top ten on good taste and class alone, which somehow has lasting power. Some stations try to make it on flesh flash, but I have never seen that to make anyone last, except in line.

The numbers are meaningless because they deliberately blacklisted several major stations who didn't pay their extortion money.
See the other board about Arbitron, but sorry to tell you 12+ numbers have always been virtually meaningless. It's only cume and doesn't deal with AQH or anything like that. And, as I mentioned in the other thread, yay for the Adult Top 40 station that's #1 in your market, but to sell your beer you want the #1 male station, which may be #7 in your market.

Wondering why WENJ (973 ESPN) not only is listed as having not tracked, but also as a simulcast of 101.5, which I know it used to be /was during Irene but certainly isn't now. Odd.

WENJ and WENJ-FM are backward on this list.
WENJ-FM hasn't been a simulcast of WKXW for years, except for
a 24 hour period during the hurricane. That's Radio-Info's error.
Many other simulcasts are wrong also. Formats and owners are
also wrong. WENJ and WENJ-FM are a simulcast, and all Millennium
stations are now Townsquare Media.

Guess Gary should be happy now. WAYV is higher then Kiss. Purposely make a sister station sound worse to just bring another up.

Radio Info is a mess and completely off. WWAC is not owned by Boardwalk Radio, Llc. They never even made it into a real company.
