I Have Been Noticing That 103.7 The Shark (Alantic City), And 1007. WZXL (Wildwood), Have Been Coming In Strong At Night Here On Occasion. 103.7 Is Always There, But Never That strong, and as for 100.7, that is never there because of 100.7 WLEV in allentown. WZXL has made WLEV unlistenable on a few nightly recent occasions. any ideas why the atlantic city area is the only area skipping into Lower Bucks County? im hoping il'l be able to catch some other channels as well.

I Have Even Heard 103.7 The Shark In Pottsville PA, almost 150 Miles From The Atlantic City Area , when it rains. again most of the time this occurs at night.

PS: WZXL Freakin' Rocks!!!
From What I Heard Of It At Least ;).

And Atlantic City was receiving Virginia and Carolina stations. Welcome Summer!

The reason is tropospheric ducting. Here at the shore, the Providence and Cape Cod stations were coming in nicely around 5:45 pm. Tropo is primarily a summertime phenomenon. Enjoy!

I like WZXL too, even though I can't hear it at home b/c of that useless WJRZ translator in Toms River.

Tropo Freakin Rocks then. South Jersey Has Some Real Good Stations. I'm Gonna Start Messing Around The Dial Now Trying To Find Some Stuff.

It's best just after sunrise and sunset for a few hours, usually when it's nasty hot & humid, or a storm front is approaching. Sometimes it acts up in the afternoons as well.

yea, i always picked these up right after it gets dark, and it was pretty hot the times i got them as well. and i will try 92.5, even though WXTU will probably interfere with it.
