First time I've heard of this. WinTV makes a device that hooks into the USB port of your Laptop PN and it will receive OTA TV for you. They claim these "M/H" (Mobile/Handheld) signals are more robust and stable and watchable even in moving vehicle at express way speeds. For $69.00 it might be a fun toy to try out. Does anyone know any more about this????? It's a Hauppauge Labs productThey cal it the WinTV Aero M.
 
Not many stations transmitting it yet. It's just getting rolled out. Nobody here (Nashville) is up yet so I can't tell you how well it works.
