I'd just like to take a minute to say thanks to Skipper. These boards should be used to further the improvement of radio folk, and thats what Skipper does in his latest post. Classy, Skip.

> Radio 101....connect to the listener by being a listener yourself. If you don't identify with them...they will find someone who will...check the ego at the control room door. A listener for us is like a customer to a retailer...as much as we hate it sometimes...the listeners are what allows us to keep these cushy little jobs. Just a thought to keep in mind.
