ATTN Bristol Broadcasting

Dear Bristol Broadcasting, I'm in Northeast TN at least once a week. You have a good country station. It has a 20 share. But it would sound SO MUCH better if you didn't speed up your music! Same goes for WKSF in Asheville and WKDF in Nashville!

One thing to say....Old HABITS die hard!!! BBC has been speeding up their music for 40 yrs + in all formats....Ya know..the old more music per hour shit

There is absolutely nothing wrong with speeding the music up! quit being an old fart. sure beats putting the listeners to sleep with the slow funeral music>

Looks like I'm going to have to break out the Adjustable Fine Tuna...

No I meant bass as Webster's dictionary defines it..... the lowest voice part in a 4-part chorus b: the lower half of the whole vocal or instrumental tonal range — compare treble

Hey Mr. Tillery,ESQ!!!! You enjoy listening to the woofers on your big BASE speakers???? Hah!!!

I love it! Baseless argument for ESQ! Silly ole bass.

There is no argument intended, constructive, baseless or otherwise. My comment was intended to be a joke since the word Bass has two meanings, the first most commonly describing a fish such as the big mouth bass or the Bass Masters Fishing Tournament. Hence my jestful comment which apparently served its pupose in gaining a laugh since your first words were "I love it!".

I will interpret the "Hah!!! in your reply to indicate you enjoyed my previous comment.

And, to answer your rhetorical question, actually I do enjoy listening to my big BASE speakers when I am in the mood for bass listening. Since my bass speakers sit on the floor and considering the floor is the base of the room where the speakers sit, this makes the bass speakers base bass speakers or simply base speakers.

“Dr. [not Mr. since I hold two doctorate degress: PhD and a professional doctorate] Tillery, Esquire signing off.

Your degrees meaneth squatt in here since we all could hide behind numerous assorted meningless degrees with no BASIS in fact.....It is very irritating to have a programmer destroy what the artists and producers and others(many with music degrees) have worked hard to produce to what they as the creators and owners of that intellectual property feel is their art and feelings recorded the best that they could do. I would suggest programmers win ratings by playing the best music and not the most and by actually serving their broadcast audience. "The Rabbitt" does a great job with one of those items.....everyone figure out which one by themselves with no help from our over educated friend, Mister(I am not better than you) Tillery
