ATX translator frequency change

It seems nobody cares. Maybe it will sign on 103.9 before a pirate moves to that frequency... We'll see. There are so many Jack Sparrows in Austin anything can happen, LOL.

So another translator is moving to Austin on 103.9, or at least trying to... This is owned by ARMIDA A. SAILLE.
I don't know who she is but if you look at the mailing addresses she's based in San Antonio as well as Abilene.

It's interesting to point out that the San Antonio address for her, "131423 Blanco Road", is almost the same one used by the 93.7 K229BJ translator in San Antonio, that one uses "13423 Blanco Road". The SA translator has a long and illegal history so I have some doubts about these guys. LOL also the addresses are different by one number so someone made a mistake on one of them.

The ARMIDA A. SAILLE translator application to move to Austin was dismissed on March 2nd. Don't know why I didn't see that, LOL!
The Lopez 103.9 translator is still just accepted...

Here is the reason it was dismissed.

In summary, it would have interfeered with the new Wimberly LP-FM that was recently granted.
Community radio is better than commercial radio, that's what I say, LOL JK http://fccdata.org/?facid=&call=kowo&ccode=1&city=&state=&country=US&arn=&party=&party_type=LICEN

Miss Saille is also trying to sell the translator to Royal Flush LLC to broadcast KTAE 1490, which currently plays the "KOKE-FM" format. But that sale's just accepted... Honestly I'm not sure what's in store for this thing.

I'm not sure if Lopez's translator will fly with KOWO-LP in the way. I imagine it could be dismissed like the Saille translator if he hasn't modified it to account for KOWO-LP.
