Auction 93 CP Engineering links?

I usually can navigate around FCC.GOV fairly well; but I can't find the source for engineering data on the new auction CP's by their CP number. Such as MM-FM389-A

1. It's getting late to participate in this auction. If you have interest in a particular channel, you need to get in touch with a communications lawyer pronto to guide you through the labryrinthine auction process.

2. This is not an auction of c.p.'s, instead it is an auction of the right to apply for a CP.

3. MM-389A is Culver, Indiana. Allocation coordinates are 41° 13' 4.00 " N Latitude,
86° 25' 21.00" W Longitude (NAD 27). These coordinates are the allocation coordinates for this channel, usually the center of the open area for this channel.

4. Before bidding on any channel, an engineering study should be done. Some of these channels were assigned years ago, the channel may no longer be feasible. For example, the "fully spaced" coordinates may be in a national forest, or located in an inaccessible area. The original proponent of the channel may have planned to use a short-spaced site with contour protection. However, that site may no longer available, or subsequent upgrades or site moves by other stations may prevent the use of that site.

5. THEN the market needs to be evaluated. Most of these channels are in markets that suffer from too many stations, or too few people. Or both.

IMPORTANT--for anyone still interested in this auction--you need to do the preliminary filing in a window that opened yesterday and will close on January 12.
