auctions and other info.

it used to be easier to find out when the fcc has a a radio or tv auctions to find out what new frequencies will be and in what town. nowadays on the site itself they tell you that there's a auction of new frequencies and that all. you really have to go to the section of the site like the fm am tv section and look at all the stations in a periticular state or the whole us to find out what is new or on the air.
i ran into possible stations moves, one from taylor to elgin kwnx 1260, elgin to sunset valley 92.5 kxxs and another one 940 kton is still be license to belton, but is trying to move thier transmitter close to taylor.
you can also check out the daily digest for applications and actions and other news information. but it is getting a little harder to find info.

Somewhat intriguing, following the failure to get the station moved into DFW as a blowtorch daytimer. From the signal pattern plots, looks like they are targeting the I-35 suburban/exurban corridor from Austin to Waco. Doesn't look like Austin proper would be part of the plans.

First adjacent KLUP is in the way of any further coverage to the south.
