Charles Black and Bob Thomas both out at Audacys WVKL-Norfolk 95.7 R&B. Suprisingly they’ve held the top spot in the ratings for years. Not sure how since they have a playlist of the same 30 songs. The newer 100.5 The Vibe is definitely better IMO. Maybe they’ll pick up Charles or Bob for a new Quiet Storm show.
