Audacy to acquire WAMO/W279BU’s IP and format

Well, as of tonight, it’s on the Audacy app.
I see other changes as well. No Bootleg Kev Show on the lineup. Instead, a Quiet Storm show.
Another person missing from the lineup is Justin Luvv

Another change: WAMO is also heard on WDSY HD2.
He has been replaced by Kiki Brown, who has been doing community affairs programming for the cluster.
The same brand and fonts as WXSS-HD3 Milwaukee
I believe 107.3 was acquired in the translator window that permanently paired it with 660. So, they need 660 in order to keep the translator active.
107.3 was part of the 250 mile waiver window, so it needs to rebroadcast 660 just for four years, which conveniently runs out on November 8, 2022.
I'm still surprised at the sudden changes Audacy has made to WAMO. Bootleg Kev have been replaced by The Quietstorm.

I've been listening to WAMO's stream off and on all this week, and it appears that Audacy has taken the station into more of a full service urban from just a hip hop station. That would make sense with them being the only urban station in Pittsburgh.
And just like I figured, Audacy has put it's "magic touch" on WAMO, and has it sounding SUPER BORING now.
