Audemat AZTEC RDS FM-B10/B40 does not communicate with software

Hi There,

I have just received 2 pieces of AZTEC FM-B10/B40 RDS encoders with firmware version 15094.
Whatever i try, i cannot communicate with these units.

It's not a cable issue since i see response in hyperterminal. The latest FM B10/B40 software says the device is connected, however al options are greyed out.
Jumper settings? Software?

Who has a clue?
