Anyone using the D-75 or D-16 on air consoles? How well do they hold up?

No experience with the D series, but IMHO you won't go wrong with anything Audio Arts or Wheatstone. Audio Arts is basically a Wheatstone. I have 10 years of experience with the A Wheatstone series and the R audio arts series. I have never made a repair to either other than a broken switch. They just run and run.

We have a venerable A-50 that still works like new. About the only thing we've had to do was modify the incandescent lamps to LED's and Audio Arts had a reasonably priced kit to make that update. When it's time for a digital console, they'd be one of the first I'd consider.

I second the comments on A-50. No problems for 10 years now that it's been in use, apart from bulbs change. Simple, robust, very well made... I would also buy another Wheatstone or AudioArts without hesitation.

Regards,
Goran Tomas

I don't know much about their newer boards, but I've installed a couple dozen R60s and have always had good luck with them.
