Audio processing for FM and AM

Does anybody know if the timing modules in the orban 9100a multiband circuitry is faster or slower release compared with say the timing modules in the fm 8100a/xt2 limiter modules(i assume the attack times are similar)?
Reason being is that i have plenty of spares for the 8100a/xt2 units and want to possibly utilise some of it to make a one off am style optimod.
I am aware of the other differences like pre-emphasis and filtering etc.
