AUDIO - WCCC As A Top 40 Station from 1971

Remember when WCCC became a rock station? It was a Top 40 station and it was also a competitor to WDRC AM and FM at the time. This was when the station played the hits right before progressive rock came along in the mid 1970's. Remember back in the late 60's and the early 70's, it was nicknamed as "Triple C" which was very familiar to what the call letters are. If you haven't heard WCCC as a Top 40 station before rock came along, you should give it a listen. This is a very short aircheck that I got at a flea market back in 2008 or 2009. Enjoy!
