Audioarts Engineering R-60 Help needed - I have manual just need clarification...

Hi there, My names Marty, I'm trying to build a studio and I have an AudioArts Engineering R-60 broadcast desk, I could really do with some advice in getting it working. The manual and pinouts can be found here https://wheatstone.com/doc/legacy-product-manuals/legacy-consoles/412-r-60-manual-pinouts Ive never connected up this kind of mixer and although it may be easy, I don't want to damage it in the process. So please help if you can, look at the manual and if it makes sense to you please drop me a message. I truly only need a handful of questions answered.
