AudioVault 100: How to reset a Vault displaying "RESET"?

Good Afternoon BrainTrust!
It appears the last update to our system was in 2003 or 2004.
I believe we're running AV Vault/VaultXPRESS, 9.0, 8.42, 8.41.0035 or perhaps 8.30.0066
I've restarted the CPU on which the Vault is stored, to no avail.
The other two CPUs for our other stations show "KNAD" as running.


CPU / Station with issue



Other CPU displays show it as running...
I'm stumped.

Not to sound like a jerk, but forget what the display says. Does the KNAD workstation run?

Not a jerk at all ,Kelly A! Forgive my typical non-engineer non-clear descriptor mind ; )

Yes, the workstation runs & was the source of the second screenshot i alluded to as "other CPU."

We ran into a problem similar to this recently. It was caused by an incorrect IP address setting in the .ini file of the affected Vault PC.
