AudioVault Issue

I'm in Iraq working as tech for Freedom Radio here. Anyway our AudioVault(AV) is having some issues. I have upgraded our memory from 1tb on two hard drives to 3 tb. I have two 1.5 tb hard drives and I can't seem to figure out why the HDD is seeing the files we have ripped but the files are not showing up in the AV application itself.

Now at the moment the NFServer is copying files. Could it be the fact that the files are on the bottom of the copy list? Like ripping a cd?

Check the configuration on the AV application to make sure it sees the new hard drives. Also check the Windows shares to make sure the on air workstation has rights to the new drives.

I haven't worked with AVAir in a number of years but when we had problems seeing files we rebuilt the "avair.mdb" database and then it saw all the files.

Make sure AvScan is running. It only updates every 10 minutes, so if you are in the process of copying, you will see them add to your inventory a few at a time.

What version of Audiovault are you running?
