AudioVault Qestion HELP!

I do voicetracks for a station and I have it down pretty well now but keep running into the same problem. It tends to happen mostly on Saturday night shows 7p to mid. I do the tracks either Friday night or early Saturday morning in the production room depending on my schedule.

The problem is the tracks sometimes don't play. It's like the Vault never got them even though I do a log check and AVsend. I heard my first hour screw up tonight and went down and sent the tracks again and it worked okay. Is there any way to check from the computer in production to see if the tracks are on the server?

Check the NFServer log on the server. It gives all information about copying tracks from one vault to another.

AV uses a normal Windows file system, so you might be able to browse to the Vault share to verify that the files are in the category directories.
