AudioVault's Now Playing

Anybody using this? We are about to purchase the $600 version. They say we'll get one output (for us the web) to display artist/title. They say we will get an xml file every time the event on air changes. The xml file will have the current song and the last 5 events. Anybody have any luck keeping a log of all the songs played by catching that xml file and running some sort of script on it??

I wasn't even aware that there was a $600 version of AudioVault. The only thing I can say is I hope you have a web guru who cando the required programming for you. I worked with one guy with a similar xml-related playlist issue and they ended up using a SQL database on their web server and a few semi-messy scripts between the automation and the web server to get something close to what they wanted. Their programmer took over for me as I just didn't want to get involved with all the mess they were causing for themselves.

Perhaps they have some sample web scripts or can provide you with suggestions on nhow to interact with their output file

I use Audio-Vault for my toilet. It flushes great now, ALL BY ITSELF and with one OUTPUT :D :D :D :D
