Audiovox XM Receiver Question

Maybe some of you have had this problem. For the last several weeks my Extras on my Audiovox Express will not show any stock quotes. I have reset it several times, but it just never happens. Anyone else with this problem. Is it just on the Express? Thanks
 
The stock market has been going down so much lately that your radio thinks it must be receiving a data error to have so many negative numbers :-\
