Auditronics Airmaster 90 Console

Does anyone have any contacts for repair or technical assistance on this console. I have lost my headphone/cue monitor amp card, and have called every phone # in the manual to get assistance on this.

Any help would be appreciated!
 
Hve you tried Wheatstone? New Bern, N.C. They own Auditroinics, someone there might remember the 90 or know how to find someone who does.
 
Contacted a company in PA called Lightner electronics, so walked me through the card. Changed all the chips and still have the same symptoms. Anyone else have a situation with an Auditronics Airmaster board that results in the cue speaker not working and the headphone amp sounding as if a power supply rectifier has failed. The headphones have a hum in them...no audio at all other than that. The manual is so vague.
 
It sounds as though a filter cap or decoupling cap is failing with a partial DC short, leaving the B+ too weak to "lock in" the monitor, or provide audio. I don't know if this board has a single or bi-polar power supply, but if you can HEAR hum, something is bleeding off the DC reserve in the filters, so that you are hearing the hum. A series resistance in the supply, ahead of the filter caps,can also cause this effect if the resistance rises, as in a bad solder joint. Changing all the chips didn't help, so it's time to consider whether the circuit is keeping DC in the right places.

I know this thread is old, but...

One of these Auditronics Airmaster 90 Console's recently followed me home and I wonder if it's worth attempting to rebuild or repair. Not much reference to these boards on the internet. Along with the board I do have a functional power supply and connectors/cabling. Missing one fader assembly and several pre-amp cards. Have not found any schematic in the public domain either.

Kind of hoping someone will stumble on this thread with some surplus parts, or desire for same.
