While moving some modules around I mixed up the logic and remote start button plugs on the backplane and fried that big EPROM on 2 of my modules. Lightner wants $90 apiece for replacements, and on my budget that ain't happenin'.

Anyone part one of these out and have a module or 2 lying around? I'm short one mic module and at least one stereo, though I'd love to have some spares. Just a replacement for the bad chip would be fine. The modules themselves tested working when swapping the chip from a known working module.

Also looking for a manual for this board and not at Lightner's prices. :)

Find someone with a duplicating EPROM burner, put one of the good ones in and hit the copy button. Used to be a shop here who would set their machine up for you and sell you a couple of EPROMs, you had to push the 'copy' button. Presumably in case the data was copyrighted. Worked great.

Excellent! Thanks for the suggestion.

Know anyone who performs that service in the Atlanta area?
