Auditronics parts

Anybody have a crimper, pin puller or any old non-used connector pins in their collection for an Auditronics 200 series console? I found new ones, but am trying to save $$ if anyone has them about gathering dust and would like to make some extra cash. Thanks in advance.

Both the pins and the 15 hole connectors are available from Mouser for a reasonable cost.
They may have the crimp tool somewhere, too.

I have two 2500's plus an R-60 (which uses the same pins), so I need my stash of connectors and pins.

I would think the Wheatstone guys would be able to help with those, as they purchased Auditronics.

They were available back in September 2010 when I called. Getting scarce. There are some other suppliers of those little guys. I don't recall off the top of my head. I'll look and post where.

Write them down...

everything available from Mouser except the crimper:

These are Tyco/Amp rectangular matrix connectors; Auditronics 2500 consoles use the 15 pin shells with the female pins, while Radio Arts R-60 consoles use the 12 pin shells with the female pins. The "cap" shells, as they call them, are used with the male pins to connect power into the mother board from the power supply--had occasion to use them twice--in one console I removed the built in power supply and rack mounted it, while another console (late in the series) came with a rack mounted supply and extension cable. Keeps the heat out of the board.

Anyway: All parts numbers are Mouser except where indicated --www.mouser.com

Male pins, tin 571-6405451

The original extraction tool is 571-4558222 (Tyco 4558222-2) is listed as obsolete, replaced by 571-305183

The crimper is "Service Tool 1, Tyco part no. 696202-1, available from Newark, Newark part No. 22C6075 at some outrageous price.
