The number four position in 6+ should be KOOL-FM, in between KHOT (#3) and KMXP (#5).

Doc, you got something against Bang 545, or was it just a goof in your posting? ;D

You're Absolutely Right (Five Man Electrical Band, 1971) Oldiesfan! That rust comin' off the Gremlin roof must be affecting the grey matter under my fez. (Guess I could blame it all on Nurse Jeff.) ;)

KTAR-FM actually has higher ratings than KZZP? Yikes, what's going on there? Is the Voice of Arizona moniker actually working? ::)

KTAR effem actually made about a 25% leap in 25-54; it's now firmly inside the top 10. The ayem is about a half-dozen rank positions behind, but nicely in the top 15 and in men in the same demo it might just even be in the top 5... barely.

That thing way at the bottom of the dial, in "The" sales demo, is not even in the top 20.

You mean KSAZ 5~Eighty? ;)

We'd certainly hope KTweetAR scores top 10 in "The" sales demo as that station costs a boat load of bucks to operate. And we'd certainly expect a NewsTalk on Ancient Modulation to not score in the top 10 of "The" sales demo. As the Old Gringo constantly reminds everyone, just about no one under the age of 55 wanders over to AM any more (expect for the following paragraph).

The fact that Sports Parkinglot 6~Twenty does so well with younger male listeners simply serves to remind us they're vulnerable to FM competition. It's just a matter of time.
