Thanks... Even into.the early 1990's the local Augusta cable firm (Jones) used to operate analog FM as well. Minnesota Public Radio, KOA Denver, WCCO and (possibly) WFMT were offered. I once heard Radio Martí on there for a few days then realized it might have been a punchup error at the cable headend.
