Auroral conditions tonight? (10/20/14)

Anyone else noticing any auroral conditions? Here in Columbus, Ohio, all of the normal flamethrowers are gone as of 8:40 p.m. No New York, Chicago, even Detroit which isn't that far away. Meanwhile, WLW is coming in especially well (no hint of cancellation, and there usually is a tad even though the signal is generally strong), and KDKA and WTAM are coming in better than usual. WWVA and WOWO, neither of which I should hear at night, also are present.
It was the lack of WFAN and WSCR, the only two stations on which I can hear Westwood One's NFL games, that tipped me off. WLW's lack of cancellation was the second bit of proof before I skipped around the dial.

There are several, but none I can receive in Columbus at night, and all of their affiliates I can find black out the broadcasts. Our local sports station (WBNS ... first on 1460, more recently on 97.1) had carried those games since the 80s but is not this year. I really enjoy their broadcasts.
