Austin April Ratings Roundup

I'm running a few days late, but wanted to make a rundown of the latest Austin release. A lot of the usual suspects are relatively stable, but here are a few thoughts:

- Sun Radio hit an all-time high of a 3.2, which means it tied with 101X and Que Buena 104.3. It was only a tenth of a point behind KUTX and two-tenths behind KLBJ-FM. It's beating K-Love, The Beat, and Vibe. That's pretty remarkable for the AAA format, and even more so factoring in it is on 99 watt translator! Not only is that Sun's all-time high, it might be an all time high for any translator in Austin (@Huff please correct me if i am wrong).

- La Z seems to have a lot of rating swings.

- Vibe may have perhaps peaked at 1.8.

- Latino 97.1 is not going anywhere fast.

- Norsan's collection of spanish-language formats seem to be not setting the world on fire. The 95.1 translator/104.9 full-power La Raza simulcast is broken down and the translator is currently pulling the larger share. Romantic 105.3 is doing decently. The ratings shows sports The Horn 0.1, but I think that is actually Magia 101.9 in Williamson Country.

- Waterloo's ESPN 102.7 and iHeart's 1300 The Zone are both struggling with a 0.8 and 0.4 respectively. Audacy's Talk Radio 1370 is at a 0.2. Spoken world formats seem to really struggle here unless your name is KUT or KLBJ.
