New KIDO afternoon talk host-is he really in Boise, or is he in a studio somewhere else? Says he's "here in Boise" when he's on air, but heard him in Washington, DC a few weeks ago and he said same thing ( "here in the Beltway"...he was just filling in there, not doing a fulltime gig, so I can kindof understand if he's B.S.-ing for a day or two at a time). If Peak Broadcasting thinks this is gonna fly in Boise for a fulltimer to lie, they're idiots...

He's in Phoenix. Yes, Peak thinks the listeners in Boise are stupid. Just look at KIDO's ratings.

I noticed that KIDO seems to have recently lost Limbaugh to KBOI. KIDO aired Limbaugh for years and was local in mornings and afternoons. Lose both things and you pretty much lose your standing.

Very true! I wonder why Gap/CC pretty much gave up on KIDO. Austin Hill use to be on WMAL in DC, now its Boise. What a fall...

He still does. There's no real "fall."

And other than WMAL in DC, he also fills in on KTAR-FM Phoenix quite frequently.
