Interesting that Country, News and Oldies represent more than 30% of the active radio listening audience. A CHR/Top 40 station <KHFI> places 6th, just ahead of two Spanish stations and a Urban station.

kut, kvrx, koop, and kmfa are all non-profit, so they aren't eligible for arbitron trends/ratings...

the reason knwx/kznx (ESPN / ESPN Deportes) aren't showing up are because they came in too low - i'm guessing that this is because people were checking out the changes on kvet, plus these trends were from the first month of UT Football.. I'd imagine that they'll pick up tremendously once we get to the spring ratings/trends, since kvet is driving their listeners away...

I agree that KVET is driving listeners away with that hideous afternoon show, but KNWX/KZNX have almost never shown up in the ratings. They have had an occasional blip, but that's about it. They have a long way to go before they make any dent at all. I here there are some signal changes coming that could help that.....
